Please tick ONE plan. The Online Interactive Plan and the Comprehensive Plan are available only to learners who are already employed as a trainee dental nurse. If you do not yet have a trainee dental nursing job, please select The Employability Pathway to Dental Nursing, which helps you build foundation knowledge and secure a trainee dental nursing job before starting the Diploma. Full details of each plan, and the current course fees, are available from our admissions team and will be confirmed on your invoice.

7. Criminal Conviction Declaration

As this course relates to work in a healthcare setting, entry is dependent on you declaring all unspent convictions (and spent convictions where applicable under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974). A declaration will not necessarily prevent you from taking up a place and will be reviewed confidentially by our Safeguarding Team.

8. Terms & Conditions
  1. The course fee for your selected enrolment plan will be confirmed on your invoice. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or the first instalment, where an approved payment plan is in place).
  2. The examination fee is NOT included in the course fee. The exam fee is payable separately when registering with the Awarding Body and may change in line with adjustments made by the Awarding Body. Any exam deferral or resit fees (if applicable) are the learner's responsibility.
  3. Where a payment plan has been agreed, failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the course, assessments, or results until the account is brought up to date.
  4. Should you cancel or withdraw from the course after 14 days from your enrolment date, all outstanding course fees remain due and payable in accordance with our refund policy.
  5. You agree to complete all required learning activities, submit work within specified deadlines, and maintain an acceptable standard of behaviour online and at any learning centre.
  6. You agree to comply with all Open Academy London policies, rules, and regulations as set out in the Learner Handbook and at www.openacademylondon.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; amendments will be posted on the website.
9. Privacy Notice

In order to process your application, we need to store and process your personal data. Your information will only be used to administer your enrolment and deliver your training, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. 10. Learner Declaration
